Studio Closings due to inclement weather!!! If the Pike School system should cancel their classes for the day and or evening events, our classes will also be cancelled. If the weather deteriorates after school hours, or on the weekend, we will post the cancellation on the home page of our website and also on Ballerinas Facebook page. You may also call the studio 506-0545 for an updated message. There are no refunds for cancelled classes due to weather.  You may make-up the class at another scheduled class. Please check with your teacher for appropriate make-up classes for your child.

Costume Money for the Spring Show is due in full by December the 15^th! There will be an additional $25 per costume added to your total if received after the 15^th.

 DVD”S of Winter Review dances are available for purchase at $5 per dance. The dances are filmed with the teacher or a student performing the dance from the back so that it is just like class, where the student follows the teacher. These are an invaluable teaching tool so that students can practice at home during Winter Break and any time between now and the show. We encourage you to make use of this inexpensive aid. Please let your teacher know if you wish to purchase one. We will also be making DVD”S of the Spring Show available at a later date.

Fundraiser:
Have your Scentsy orders turned in by the 29^th of November for delivery before the holidays. Look for delivery information from Jeannie to be posted on the board in the lobby. You will also be receiving more information from our Scentsy Fundraiser Director, Jeannie Isaacs about further fundraisers!

Beef and Boards Children’s Theater production for “Dora’s Pirate Adventure”: is Saturday March the 10^th at 1PM. Doors open at 12:30PM. Please make sure you are on the sign up sheet if you wish to attend. Tickets must be paid for by February the 10^th. Please make checks out to Ballerinas, as we send in one check for the group. Also we are planning for a very large group to attend the November 3, 2012 performance of “Cinderella”. Seats are already being reserved, so please sign up now if you wish to attend.

Tuition is a flat monthly fee regardless of days missed by Holidays, snow cancellations, or student’s absence. You may make up your missed lesson by attending another class of the same level.  Sign up for make up times is done through your teacher.

Registration Fee
$20 per family, per year.

Group Classes
$50/ month for one 75 to 90 minute Ballet or Jazz class.
$42/ month for one 45 minute or 60 minute class.
$32/ month for one 30 minute class.

Multiple Class Tuition Rates
$40 a month for your second 75 to 90 minute class.
$32/ month for each of your second and third 45 minute or 60 minute classes.   Total for all classes due at the first class of the month.
$22/  month for your fourth 45 or 60 minute class.
$32/ month for your group class if you are already taking a private lesson.   Total for both classes due at the first class of the month.
$22 / month for your second 30 minute class.

Private-Semi Private Lessons
$35 for each 30 minute private lesson. Student must already be taking a group class.
$15 for each 30 minute semi private lesson with 2 to 3 students.
